Cherry blossoms along the Lincoln Park Bike Path.
I love the smell of the flowers along the path, I make it a point to come out each year to see them...
Sail boats cruising down the Chicago River, stopping the lunch time traffic along Michigan Avenue.
Goldish-silver light effusing the Chicago skyline. It was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful out that evening, with occasional bolts of lightning striking the city - making it an exciting walk to River North.

Even the Sun-Times building looks almost okay in the light!
I missed the chance to take some really cool rain pictures because it took too long for the light to change. But the puddles were pretty cool...*
A faint rainbow appeared over Lake Michigan.
I've always loved the fascade on this building.
This was built when it was cool to actually make things ornate.
Calder's "Flamingo" sculpture was positively radiating light on this Saturday afternoon.
I think this picture is spiffy.
Dinosaurs taking over the Earth, a detail of the Roosevelt bridge that spans the Chicago River.
Amtrack tracks near Roosevelt Boulevard.
I was tempted to go down this open & decrepit spiral staircase off of the bridge, but decided that it wasn't worth the risk...
The old tower at the south end of Printer's Row.
