This was a sunset at the beach located at Pratt Avenue, in Rogers Park. The moonlight was really surreal looking, especially with the strong glow at the horizon. Chicago can be seen to the right. Fireworks set off the day before July 4th. The aurora could be seen even in the light of the city. Unfortunately I had to use my main camera's batteries were dead, so I had to rely on my cute lil' Optio for some photos.
